At Alinco, we have both the expertise and the machinery to handle even the most challenging bending applications in heavy sheet metal work. Recently, we processed steel plates with a thickness of no less than 30 mm – fully customized to the client's specifications.

Thanks to our many years of experience in metalworking, we carry out even complex projects with great precision. In the attached photo, the original factory stamping is clearly visible. This marking includes information such as material grade, plate thickness, dimensions, the heat number (also known as melt or batch number), and often the applied standard and the manufacturer.

Upon receipt of the material, this information is always carefully checked and compared with the accompanying certificate. Only when plates are delivered already machined or ground may this stamping no longer be visible.

With this approach, Alinco guarantees quality and traceability at every step of the production process.

Bent parts in action at Deprest

The 30 mm bent plates recently processed by Alinco have now been put to use by our sister company Deprest. They used these components in the construction of a stainless steel saddle for a pressure vessel that must meet strict seismic requirements.
