Special Service: Alinco Fast (laser and bending)
Fast Service for Urgent Projects (Alinco Fast)
Starting from September 2024, Alinco will offer its customers a special fast service for breakdowns and projects with short lead times. Thanks to our automated sheet metal warehouse with a large stock of materials and optimized planning, we can switch gears very quickly.
- Laser parts: available within 2 days, with an urgency surcharge. In the case of breakdowns, it can sometimes be done within a few hours.
- Laser cutting and bending work: available within 3 days.
Since fast production involves additional costs, we charge an urgency surcharge. This surcharge is not extra profit but covers the additional costs we incur due to:
- Less efficient sheet nesting, resulting in more waste
- Possible interruption of production
- Direct transport instead of combined transport
You can always request this surcharge on a project-by-project basis.
Depending on the number of requests we have received on that day, there may be no more room for our ‘Fast’ service. Our Fast service must not conflict with the rest of the production or already promised delivery deadlines. If that’s the case, it will be communicated accordingly.
