Special Service: Alinco Fast (laser and bending)

Starting in September 2024, Alinco will offer its customers a special rapid service for emergency repairs and projects with short lead times. Thanks to our automated sheet metal storage system with a large inventory of materials and optimized scheduling, we can respond very quickly.

1. Laser parts: available within 2 days, subject to an urgency surcharge. For emergency repairs, it may be possible within a few hours.
2. Laser and bending work: available within 3 days, subject to a possible urgency surcharge.

Since expedited production incurs additional costs, we apply an urgency surcharge. This surcharge is not extra profit but covers the additional costs we incur due to:

1. Less efficient sheet nesting, resulting in more waste
2. Interruptions to regular production, if necessary

You can always request this surcharge on a project basis.

Depending on the number of requests received on a given day, there may be no more capacity for our ‘Fast’ service. Our Fast service must not conflict with the rest of production or previously promised delivery times. In such cases, this will be communicated accordingly.

Have you received an order confirmation but need the goods even sooner? This is always possible upon request (with or without an urgency surcharge).
