Wheels

For applications in the pharmaceutical industry, it is crucial to mention whether autoclaveable wheels are needed. For other applications, it is important to specify the desired load capacity, application, and surface. This wheel configurator provides all the information needed to make the right choice. For carts and movable racks in SS316, we standardly use SS304 wheels. Although SS316 wheels are available, they are more expensive and often have a longer delivery time. Since wheels are usually easy to replace and do not have direct product contact, it is often more cost-effective to use SS304 wheels and replace them if necessary.
