Students gain practical insight at Alinco NV
Some time ago, we welcomed students from the 5th and 6th year Mechanical Design Engineering program of WeTech Sint-Niklaas at Alinco for a hands-on introduction on our shop floor.

Within a school environment, it is not always possible to cover all techniques from the curriculum in a practical way. That is why we are happy to support schools in this regard.
By introducing students to a real production environment, we help bridge the gap between education and industry.
During their visit, the students gained firsthand insight into various stages of our production process, including laser cutting, shearing, punching, engraving, and bending. As a final activity, each student also got hands-on experience by creating their own phone holder.
For us, it is important not only to show young technical talent what is possible within metalworking, but also to let them truly experience how technology and craftsmanship come together in practice.
We would like to thank the students and teachers of WeTech for their visit and interest.
