Focus on fine finish
Alinco offers its customers a wide range of finishing options. Today, we would like to highlight one of our specialties: very fine finish. The cone shown in attachment is destined for the pharmaceutical industry; its outer surface is brushed, while the inner side is mirror polished.
The pharmaceutical industry usually requires a low surface roughness value - ranging from a maximum Ra.
Everything is possible here, but it is very important to clearly specify the desired finish, because a finer fisher will obviously be more expensive.
Indicating the roughness value certainly is very important for us, because vague descriptions like “fine workmanship” are very relative.
