Bending techniques for U's

In addition to the technical bending possibilities for U profiles, the minimum internal dimension must always be checked in the 'minimum distance' table.

A U profile 5.5/5/5.5 with a length of 2000 mm is possible according to the tables below, but cannot be made because the minimum internal dimension for a sheet thickness of 2 mm is 7 mm over a length of 2000 mm.

If bending cannot be done according to the table below, it may be possible using an intermediate bend.
