Available round tooling

Two birds can be killed with one stone when bending with round punches: firstly, the bend is executed perfectly and, secondly, it is the same bending operation as for a traditional bend, in other words good value (as opposed to techniques requiring the fabrication of your own die).

Available round punch radii: R10, 12.5, 15, 17.5, 20, 25 length 4000 mm, R 35 max. length 830 mm, R50 max. length 1670 mm

Alinco’s standard radius for sinks with rounded corners: R25 (internal radius)

For non-standard rounded corners, we can either make special tooling or shape the parts using the segment bending technique.

For larger radii, a plate roll mill can be used to form sheets.
